I have been cooking, cooking alot. I am putting it down to the fact that (1) Dane left for England so my nights have become a little idle and (2) I got the Cuisine Art food processor (1000 watt motor..excuse me). Between the crumb cake and the egg plant gratin and the homemade pizza and the rissoto and the multiple varieties of pasta I am a little worried that one day (soon) I may wake up and fit into NONE of my recently bought NYC clothes :0...seriously.. Plus as the weekend approaches more cooking for Mothers Day - I am doing a full on roast. Then, because we all need a little sweet in our lives I am going to make the same mini lemon meringue tarts I made for my birthday tea..They were so delicious and not to mention pretty. But on a serious note I need to slow all this cooking down ..from next week ..I promise!
