Happy Good Friday Everyone! Can you believe the weekend of Easter is upon us already!? Today is the day that Jesus was crucified on the cross to save us...we (my Family) are celebrating with a small (meatless) lunch. On the menu - Grilled Maui Maui, Coconut Rice, Cauliflower au Gratin, and String Green Beans.
