Sleeping Beauty

Many of us do not actually realize how important a good's night sleep is. According to the Division of Sleep Medicine at Harvard Medical School, your body manages and requires sleep in much the same way that it regulates the need for eating, drinking, and breathing. Among many more, sleep:
* Helps repair your body
* Increases concentration, clears you thoughts, and stabilizes your emotions
* Keeps your heart healthy
* Reduces stress
* Improves your memory
* Controls body weight issues
* Reduces your chances of diabetes
* Reduces the occurrence of mood disorders



So next time don't feel guilty to hit your snooze button or better yet, turn it off all together {of course only if you have nothing important to do}!
