Well it is Easter Monday (25th April 2011). Today I cooked Easter lunch for the family. We had Roasted Lamb Leg, Roasted Potatoes, Yorkshire Pudding and Greek Salad. For dessert we had one of my favourite desserts --- Lemon Meringue Pie.... YuMmmY It was all very deliciosas. It is my first Easter home from Toronto in the last three years and spending holidays with the family was great. Below are some photos I took of the food as well as the table I prepared. The equation is as easy as your basic accounting formula: good food + good family = good times. :)
